Personal Profile

Founder: Isaac Hodgins

My experience with Name, Image, and likeness began while I played college football at Oregon State University. I realized the platform we have as Student Athletes is not only lucrative but also important to steward well.

I was among the first student athletes in history to begin working with third party NIL collectives. I learned the business side of sports and realized I needed help. I wasn't getting paid what I deserved, I didn't know how to negotiate, or even what to negotiate. I was told "just focus on football", and it felt as though I had no bargaining power. Despite being a part of a grossing multi million dollar program for six years, the sentiment was to just take what you are offered. As a three time team captain and a valuable member of the team, I was seeing teammates get paid "life changing money". I felt undervalued and under appreciated, looking back I was getting mere crumbs and had no ability or know how of how to change my situation.

Now being on the business side of sports, my goal is to help student athletes like myself get paid what they deserve. I want to fight for my clients interests protecting their; eligibility, financial security, and legal exposure. I want my clients to have the freedom to put their full focus on accomplishing their childhood dreams.

Athletes need an advisor who will fight for their eligibility, legal, NIL, and business interests as they aim to play their best football. I aim to be that advisor.

Education

2018-2023

Oregon State University

At Oregon State University I graduated Cum Laude as a consistent Honor-roll student at my Institution and in the PAC-12. Education has always been an extremely valuable part of my life. I studied communication, which will allow me to communicate your NIL interests effectively to secondary institutions and future brand opportunities. You learn many things in school, one of the most valuable things to me was learning how to lead my team, compete at a high level, all whilst being the best student I possibly could.
